Case Study: Charlotte Radiology

Challenge

Charlotte Radiology needed to raise awareness of its new mobile mammogram center among women ages 35 and up.

Solution

Working with Rowan Communications, a Charlotte PR firm, Media Emerging designed and carried out a blogger outreach tied to Charlotte Radiology’s “Pink Tires” campaign. We leveraged relationships with Charlotte’s top mom bloggers blogs to promote the mobile unit’s launch event and conducted tours of the unit for several bloggers.

Results

Seven of the Charlotte’s most prominent mom blogs and women’s interest blogs published articles and photos of the new mobile unit. Our campaign generated more than 50 Twitter mentions for Charlotte Radiology and reached more than 40,000 Twitter users. Dozens of photos were shared by Facebook users.
