Scott,
Love the ideas! many of whch have crossed my mind. about a year, ago i mentioned to a colleague that we should create a "dating" site that incorporates GPS locatoion services. the premise was to gather subscribers, create matches and alert you by email or phone SMS that a match was in your proximity and you then would indicate if you would like to see the persons profile and their current GPS location. In effect making it possible to never miss that "once in a lifetime" chance meeting with your soul mate. Sounds like a great idea for those single people in the crowd...... well it s a reality! I have found a very similar service through my Iphone apps.

Continuing on with futuristic themes... my vision of our future television and movies will include the ability to use a wireless mouse or beaming device from your remote... place that over any item, soda, shoes, vehicle, lamp, whatever you see on the screen and the show/movie pauses while you click on the item and a pop up/advertisement/and/or the website or local retail establishment carrying the item will be displayed. Think about the next generation of advertising and product placement for corporations or Pay Per Click advertising for everyone on the net! ( for those of you reading this with the knowledge or ability to make it reality... contact me) Curtis Burk

Crazy, isn't it? Somebody at OnStar has gotta be working on this (actually, I'm pretty sure they are working on it).

Now, if I could only get them to put OnStar in my Ford Mustang so I could tell you if I like the service!!

Wow, OnStar as a social network? That kicks ass! The interactivity is already there, why not expand it further? My only question: What would be the first step? A micro-site? Widget? Building off their existing site? I'm really pondering this now and trying to wrap my head around this and the more I do the more excited I get. (Tweeting now)
